Citizens of Space Game Review for PS4

Citizens of Space is a follow up activity of the 2015 RPG, Citizens, featuring humor and stupid style. The original game was fun, but unfortunately it suffered from slow pacing and repetitive gameplay. It is evident that the developer, Eden Industries, has worked hard to achieve various levels of success.

Citizens of Space Review PS4

This time it is placed in the shoes of the self developmentalist of the Ambassador of Earth. It is a fairly big day for our bumpy hero, as our wonderful planet is accepted as the galactic federation. It is the first day of the ambassador and we are going to make an important speech.

Citizens of Space

Unfortunately, he began to realize that the earth had disappeared mysteriously. It is up to you to travel and investigate the galaxy because it is difficult to become a metabolism of a planet that no longer exists. The story is as calm as you would expect, but the actual praise must lead to the character of the geek.

Recruitment driving

When you start to travel with your trusty assistant, the dry sarcastic nature is the perfect way to balance the passionate but incredibly simple personality of the ambassador. Saving the earth is not about falling on the shoulders of these two, but about starting to recruit all kinds of wonderful and wonderful citizens to your cause.

In Citizens of Space  game every character you meet has your own unique personality and it's a good idea to welcome as many people as possible. Much of the dialogue is filled with interesting pop culture references and political satires. So it's fun to watch all the witty jokes between them.

People do not join you exactly. You must first complete a side quest before you consider working with you. All recruiter inquiries differ through activities such as Park Ranger seeking a missing child, reporting a crime to a judge, and helping to show musical talent to pop stars.

There is always a joy to keep busy. It's really good that there's variety in these tasks and it's not a recurring import quest. Through many of the quests that can be undertaken, I sometimes feel like the main mission of saving the planet is forgotten.

Adventure time

When you are trying to find out what is happening on Earth or try one of the recruitment quests, you should explore one of the many labyrinthine maps. Unfortunately navigation is a big pain in the ass. There is a mini-map that you can use to find your way, but unfortunately it is not clear. I just followed the Citizens of Space map several times and looked like a road to the next area.

Actually, the road was actually a dead end. Quest icons on the map are often misleading, so you spend a lot of time losing or feeling more frustrated. It will often be shaken for combat with random enemies.

This fight is turn based and very similar to previous games. You must accumulate energy by performing certain abilities and attacks, and this energy can be used to exert more powerful skills. It is the use of QuickTime events and mini games to make the battle more interesting this time.

Each time you choose an attack, you can complete a simple QTE, and if successful, the privileges of that task increase. The Citizens of Space game has a fairly different style, but it is common for most people to press the button at the correct time, or to hit the button as quickly as possible.

Additional Features of Citizens of Space game

If you do not particularly like the new additions to the combat system, there are characters who recruit early on who can help. Teachers can completely remove all mini-games from combat. This is a great accessibility feature, but it emphasizes that the battle did not evolve much in the old game, it removed the mini game, and it is almost the same system.

The battle system will repeat a little, but it is a new recruit that helps alleviate it. Each has a very different attack, many of which are closely related to who you are. For example, there are a lot of fishing anglers and musical pop star. It is fun to play with them all and find a party that works well for you.

Recruits are not only useful in combat, but may also be necessary to explore new areas such as the ability of a mole to destroy a rock, or the ability of a park ranger to help you survive in a dangerous environment. There are also characters that can reduce the incidence of any combat or show pretty concept artwork.

You can see that the developers worked hard to solve the criticism of the first Citizens of Space game. Mini games are a new addition to the combat system, but do not completely eliminate the repetitive nature of the fight. Memorable characters and funny storylines help keep you fresh, but ultimately it's not much different from your first citizen.
